Leaving a Will ensures that your wishes are carried out after your death. It can also be your gift to the people and causes that were important to you during your life.

Leaving a legacy to LASS will help us plan for the future.

There are three main types of legacy:

• Residuary legacy
  This is the remainder of an estate after all other bequests and expenses have been deducted.
• Pecuniary legacy
  This is a gift of a specified amount of money.
• Specific legacy
  This is the gift of a specific item such as property or jewellery.
