Launch of new LASS DVD, 'A Life and Kicking'

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new DVD: ‘A Life and Kicking!’ – Living with HIV in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
Four local HIV+ people bravely share their experiences of the realities of living with the virus.
A retired gay man who never thought he would even reach retirement. A middle age Asian mother who fears what would happen if her community found out. An African refugee who believes her optimistic approach to the life keeps her going and a 59 year old man who feels he would never have made it without the support of his family.
They all share how they felt when they were first diagnosed, how treatments have developed over the years and the stigma and challenges they face.
