Affordable Meeting and Training Rooms at LASS

Our main training room at LASS provides the perfect environment for board meetings, training sessions, workshops and general meetings for up to 30 delegates and it is available for you to hire.

It is a spacious, brightly lit dual room with meeting/training facilities at one end and a comfortable lounge/refreshment area at the other.

For your convenience, you can connect your existing laptop (or you may wish to use ours) to our smart board which is an interactive ‘touch sensitive’ whiteboard used to display and interact with presentations, Microsoft Office Software and the Internet utilising the existing connection set up in the room. We also offer A1 flip charts and stationery and have lots of space on the walls to display your content or prints to your delegates.

Our dual room is perfect should you wish to split your delegates into two groups allowing you to collaborate in teams and return to the main room for discussion.

The room can be set up and organised in a variety of ways from conference/meeting style with tables, to rows of chairs or an informal style. Please let us know how you would like your room to be set and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

Our comfortable lounge area has refreshment facilities for hot and cold drinks, we provide mugs, glasses and standard electrical equipment including a fridge should you wish to cater or buy in for your delegates. If you wish, we can organise lunch for you and have it delivered to the room if arranged with us in advance.

The activities room hire charges on weekdays (between 9am and 5pm) are:

£75 Half Day
£25 (Hourly Rate)

Small Room
£50 Full Day
£30 Half Day
£10 (Hourly Rate)

• Discounts of 25% are available for Non-Profit organisation
• Discounts are available for repeat and long term bookings
• For evening and weekend bookings, please add an extra £30
• Please add £1 per person for hot drinks (Unlimited hot drinks for the duration)
